This might come as a surprise to many, since I’m a prolific writer in the romance department, but I already gave up on love a long time ago. It seems the more I hold on, the more I’m letting go. How else would I be able to conjure so many ramblings on the matter? You see I’m not sad anymore when I think upon the romances that aren’t mine because I’ve had the opportunity to reflect and realize the wonders of discovering and rediscovering a person. If there was a way for my words to encourage another gentleman, and perhaps show him that the grace of a lady’s heart is worth living and dying for, I’d know my life was worth something. Not to say that I’m an expert by any means (I’ve never even kissed a girl before… joke’s on everyone, lol), but I’m assisting a friend with writing a love letter in hopes of getting his wife back. He neither cheated on nor abused her, or anything mean spirited of that nature, for the record. And I don’t know if it’ll work at all, but it’s something I’m familiar with and I’m grateful for possessing the capacity to help others. I hope, in my heart of hearts, that this Easter, a marriage will be resurrected. (:
