This mommy is chained in a backyard of a ignorant man who said that very soon he ll throw away her babies. the mom s chain is very short, she can hardly sit down without hangng herself..the place is very small for all, the food is completely missing...is there anway we can get them safe, please???? there is a foster in Bucharest where we could take them, and the man asks 100 euro/ month without food..can we gather forces and help this mom too? the puppies are sentenced to death for sure.. paypal: laurafincu@yahoo, or bank account. if you have a free foster place please contatc us !!!
