This month I celebrated my 10 year anniversary with the LEGO - TopicsExpress

This month I celebrated my 10 year anniversary with the LEGO Company. With that, I got this cool little guy. Ive been there long enough for the little kids who came in years ago saying Im gonna work here, when Im old enough! to start applying. Which is weird. Ive worked with 5 (soon to be 6) managers, 4 district managers, and two different store locations. Participated in I dont know how many Master Builder events, helping to build gigantic 8 tall statues over three days, to turn around and tear them down, sort the parts, and send them on to the next store in a couple hours. My job is not a customer service job. The number of times a kid has come in to show ME something they made, or to get MY advice on something theyre working on, or left notes for me thanking me for something or just an I came in and you werent here! note. I made kids cry when I told them I was moving to a different LEGO store. And the great part about working for this company? Everyone that I have worked with is just as passionate and makes just as much of an impact on the kids and parents they work with or come in contact with. Thank you, everyone, and also those that I couldnt tag on this post! This job is great.
