This morning I couldnt help but overhear a couple old guys who when not talking French one said his job as a Shoe Cutter (in an old Manchester Mill) WAS THE BEST JOB EVER! ...I wonder if any of us would agree? We are more spoiled in our generations, it now has to do with company cars, stock options, or other perks - never mind we get softer jobs overall and the thought of working every day in a hot or cold, dark and dirty mill is appalling.
