This morning I had a conversation with a woman who said that she was never again going to get her hopes up for anything. That in her 36 years of living she had experienced way to much disappointment. Then she said well many I do hope sometimes but when I do I have learned to exert the worse.. Maybe over the years lifes disappointments can turn us to disillusionment. Making us do all we can to avoid any further pain that comes with disappointing moments. But saying we are hoping for something but expecting the worse is not hope at all.. Hope is looking at your world no matter what it may be with all the excitement, joy and wonder that a small child would have.. NEVER STOP HOPING !!!
