This morning I had the discussion about our intensity and our mechanics as we put in work. Both allow us to get the most real work done when consistency is added. The further along you get into this type of working out the more results you will see. Strength and Conditioning is only half of getting MAXIMUM results. How we fuel our bodies is equally important " Crap in equals Crap Out" Taking your fitness to the next level does not mean you need to geek out over what you eat,it just means you need to clean up what you do eat. No body ever became strong and healthy eating one salad, just like no one ever became fat eating one doughnut. Tomorrow will be good for the Legs and Abs!
