This morning I joined dozens of in-home daycare providers in front of City Hall who would like to see some changes made to Bill 10; a bill that will allow only 2 children under the age of 2 per daycare --one of the issues that has already put some in-home centers out of business before the bill is even passed. These men and women want safer regulated daycare centers, but have said that much of the bill will prevent them from running their business. They would like to have a process in which they are able to be licensed, to register and be monitored for safety and quality of care! Sounds like fair points to me!
