This morning I just recall the drama of Somali parliament as well the ministers during Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmeds period and how the Somali people are not very flexible, not submissive and ego crazy. According, let me hint you who smart and flexible people act in certain situations and conditions. Many years ago I have sustained a temporary job of Asst. Administration in an oil company based in UAE. And I used to work with an American guy who was Asst. General Manager (Administration) and likewise the representative of the biggest oil company in U.S. In same the company there was very brilliant young British man who my American boss thought that he was potential for the organization As a result, my boss prompted the guy to a higher position with immediate effect. Afterwhile, two men disagree on many topics that has pertained to the organization and they gad serious conflicts about certain issues in several meetings. ...............................part (2) follow later.
