This morning I taught my very first Tae Kwon Do class! Self Defense. We talked about the ABCs of self defense AND the ABCs of ABS! So thankful to have the oppritunity to finally give back and CONTRIBUTE to the Academy. Looking forward to get these awkward years outta the way and be a regular Instructor so I can help bring the same amount of happiness and belonging Quest has given me! Im climbing the high mountain (and at times it seems too steep) but Im not doing it alone! This is what I was meant to do and Ill go through as many awkward years as nessisary to be as good as my Instructors. Thank you Master Dan, Mr Rowe, Mr Pratt and Ms Tetlock! And thank you members of Quest Academy!!
