This morning, I was at 68,000 words, and wondering if I had enough story left for the rest of the book. Now Im at 71,000 words, and wondering if I have enough book left for the story. And no, it isnt anything unusual. I do this with every book. Vacillate between thinking the book will be too short and too long, and vacillate between liking it and thinking its the worst thing Ive ever written. At the moment, I do not think its the worst thing Ive ever written. And itll probably be just about the right length. :)
