This morning I’m thankful for many things, some sort of trivial. Like soft margarine. When they invented toasters they should have invented soft margarine at the same time. When you had toast and spread stick margarine on it the toast would cool before the butter melted, leaving these little “ice bergs” floating around on the toast. This morning I had all-wheat toast with “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” and I was thankful.
