Lewis makes this statement, A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic--on the level with a man who says he is a poached egg--or he would be the devil of hell. You must take your choice. Either this was, and is, the Son of God, or else a madman or something worse. You can shut him up for a fool or you can fall at his feet and call him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about his being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. Our faith and belief in Him should regulate our minds, hearts, speech, and actions in every aspect of our lives. I had a conversation with a Jewish guy off of Burliegh and I asked him how can a man come and fulfill over 300 prophecies and you still say its not HIM? I then told him , the chances of one man fulfilling 120 of them is 1 to the 100 millionth power and He came and fulfilled more then 300 of them? Do you know Jewish men as little boys study the Torah from 7 in the morning to 7 at night? HE couldnt and would answer my question. The goal was to never biblically battle with him but to put something on his heart and mind when he left my presents. PLANT THE SEED AND LET GOD DO THE REST!!!
