This morning TLPs local attorney is in court for Jasmine and Jordan, the 2 pit mixes who were deemed dangerous because they were in the same vicinity when a dog attack occurred. Guilty by association. Luckily they have been removed from the jurisdiction, so they are not seized. Now we want them home. Richard has been on the phone with local attorney trying to reach a fair settlement. The only charge should be a fine for off leash. Eta- looks like we are reaching an agreement. We will post more after its signed off by judge!!!
