This morning after my chemistry professor was done teaching, he told us that he would like to share a couple of things with us, in order to get to know him better. He started off by telling us his testimony and the way he planned on using Christ in his life, he then told us that he felt like he was called to do more than just be a Christian but to serve The Lord in all aspects of his life. He went on to say that during his years in college he didnt really know how being a chemistry major had anything to do with his mission in life. He later found that he had the gift of teaching. He paused and said, throughout all of the studying and research he has done with physics, science etc, there has to be a God out there. My professor ended his mini life lecture with this, you guys are my mission, and the most important thing that I will say to you throughout this semester is how crucial it is to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ Often times you hear of stories of experiences student have with professors testing or doubting their faith in The Lord, I now know how truly blessed I am to go to a University where not only do your professors care about your education but they also care and encourage the most important relationship you will have in your life!
