This morning and I did not want to be friends... I felt tired,sore and had no bounce in my step. I didnt feel like training, Ive been hitting my body with everything I have since boxing day and it is sore! So I asked myself could I train? Was I just choosing not to? There was the difference and I had to push through it and refocus on what I am trying to achieve. I want to get stronger, hit new PRS and do well in the Bad As womens weightlifting comp in May. The only way thats going to happen is with me putting in the work. Sooooo enter FitMiss Ignite I love the grape flavour tastes like hubba bubba! Ive never been big on pre workouts as Im pretty sensitive however this is great.it has L Carnitine to help boost your body’s ability to burn fat and helps delay muscle fatigue, there was no crash or feeling sick and definitely helped training chest today! Bench is always my fave way to work my chest and then finished with these cable flyes. Doing it for me :) Maddie x
