This morning i want to ask a very simple question,what is happening to the music industry of Kenya?very unfortunate that if you go to the clubs most the music that is being played is either bongo music,music of the likes of diamond and the others which is all over most of the public transport as well,talk of the Nija tunes everywhere,in the clubs in the public transport ,all over kenyan media stations,i mean everywhere,dont forget the South African house music and the new world music,talk of of EDM,talk of Trance,its too much,how many will you get listening to sauti sol,Elani ,Octopizo or who evers music is on top or is great,In Simple words i think its time the Music Industry Association of Kenya do something its way too much to continue gambling music careers in Kenya.We really need kenyan music to be heard in Kenya first,once it succeds and takes over in Kenya then it will go big to the rest of the world.
