This morning i woke up less than 60km from Adelaide and i realised i was going to be there too early. So, this morning i swung south and rode 65km to Port Elliot, where i am now seated on the hostel balcony, with a view of the ocean. Only having had 2days off in the last 5wks, (Christmas & new years day) and never more than 1day at a time since starting riding in Ozz, i decided i will sit here for the next 2days, read a book and smell the roses and let mind and body recover. From here it is 90km-ish (shortest route) to Adelaide, where there is the team presentation on sat 17th, an evening Crit race on Sun and the Tour starting Tue 20-25th. My challenge is to get a photo of me and katie with the team sky boys.... Before i take on New Zealand
