This morning my 11 year old grandson was sitting on the couch pretending he was crying at the top of his lungs. He was told 3 times to knock it off. I got up and got a cup of cold water and poured it on his head. Instant quiet. He said to me you dumped water on my head. I said thats what you do to howling cats. He got up off the couch very quietly and went into his room to play games. If thatis child abuse they can come and take me away. Counting the days til school starts before I lose the rest of my sanity!
