This morning, my GLORIOUS trainer Jfitt Corona, forgot me. Yes, he forgot me?!? Only to have me leave the gym and immediately get a speeding ticket. In honor of Joshs strict tardy rules, I have asked that he proudly start our MILF sat bootcamp off with HIM doing 100 burpees. Ladies I Know each of you would LOVE see this happen.
