This morning on my way to work I stopped at the Starbucks in the - TopicsExpress

This morning on my way to work I stopped at the Starbucks in the Target on Nicollet. There was a wheelchair bound homeless man who had purchased a small coffee. He wheeled himself out of everyones way and was clearly struggling to tie his shoe. I watched as countless people walked by with sideways glances, avoiding him at all costs, without stopping to help him, needless to say I was disgusted. The man finally got his shoe back on, and wheeled away. When I bought my coffee, I also bought a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich, and walked it out to the man. I handed to him,he looked at me without a word, and I walked away and went to work on homework. I watched from a distance as he ate his sandwich like it was the first meal he had had in a long time, and for all I know, that is the only meal he will have today. If you are reading this, please take the time to do something kind for someone else today! Even though this man said not a word to me, I know that I probably changed his day. So I ask you, my friends, not in the holiday spirit, but in the spirit of being a world changer, to pay it forward without expecting anything in return. I promise you wont regret it!
