This morning, this guy and I happened to arrive 30 minutes or so before the cell phone place opens. His screen is cracked and I needed to pay my bill. Another difference in our morning errands would be the ten or so guns pointed at him as a group of insane people surrounded his truck demanding he get his hands up, step out of the truck, back up slowly and... Well, this is where things often get scary, especially with this police department. I got my phone out as quick as possible to make an objective record. I would hope someone would do the same for me... I can also add an Independence PD employee to the list of the only other LEOs Ive had refuse to identify themselves...and they were in Ferguson.
