This morning we are looking at the last C in relationship which is collaboration. As said yesterday, collaboration also measures and quantifies what all parties involved have to offer collectively to make their union strong and verile. This is when individuals separate strengths are harnessed, summed-up and directed toward meeting a particular need, toward achieving a particular goal, and toward overcoming a particular challenge. Collaboration makes the saying, together we stand, divided we fall, a good nugget for any association. It seems the lifetime of any relationship is a joint but fragile asset to be cherished and guarded jealously by individuals involved. Walls are not only made with big and well-shaped stones or blocks. There are always small holes to be filled by small stones. We should not underestimate individual strengths but the focus must be on how to harvest and tailore them to make the relationship strong and lasting.
