This morning, when I performed my healing meditation, I realized that I need to share my intention. I intend to attract those that need to get to know their bodies, to help them draw themselves from existing in their heads alone back into feeling the full vessel (the body) of their current manifestation on this planet. I intend to help others do this using a basic and modified version of yoga asana (poses) that allows for identification and focus of the mind to the body parts in a mindful fashion. These asanas are appropriate for everyone, but especially those who have been on this planet a bit longer than others. The practice I share is intended for this to be able to breathe full through the whole practice. Those with fewer years on this planet, currently focused on developing brain knowledge instead of body knowledge will also benefit. You will probably sweat, and you may get sore as you find new places in your body. Attention to the breath is of utmost importance. There may be things you cannot do, and will need to rest, especially when you identify you are not breathing fully. It is my duty, when necessary, to encourage you to rest, but only so much that you return to the asanas to ride the wave at the edge of doing to much and doing to little. To find the Zen of the pose. With continued practice, the mind will become more focused. In time with more practice, it is highly likely that you will live a life with lesser judgement, and more discernment. You will likely live a life of peace.
