This mornings observation of interesting human behavior involved the convenience store across the street. I went to get some coffee, and in line ahead of me was a woman and her cute little (grand) daughter, all dressed up, presumably for church. The little girl was so cute, had those black dress shoes with white socks that have the little ruffled doily thingies on em. And she was doing her little strut back and forth. I was thinking, how nice, getting the girl all happy, dressing her up to present to the world and to the congregation. The woman proceeded to buy so many lottery picks, I thought the printer ribbon was going to require swapping. Alas, it was not to be. She then iced the cake with a batch o scratch tickets. I believe the cherry on top was a stick of breath mints. Wouldnt want bad breath when confessing the gambling habit, I guess :P
