This mornings #plyometric / #leg workout!!! Body weight squats, scissor jumps, step-up jumps, split box jumps, single leg SLDL with kettle bell and more!!! Some of this was timed so I kept the pace pretty quick, lots of supersets and high volume. Wanting to get my legs tighter, and not really gain size... Im pretty bottom heavy so I need to give my upper body time to catch up!!! #thunderthigh and #bigbooty problems!! Whatever you do today give it everything youve got.... That way you will just be one step closer to whatever goal you have set for yourself!!! #FLEXyourFAITH #GodFirst #Godschild
