This mornings question comes from XJenX on the Welcome To Fitocracy group: Seen this a few times---I was in a bad mood, went to the gym and killed that workout or i do my best run when I am in one of those ridiculously good moods... How do your moods affect your work outs? All you all business, leave it at the door and do work? Do you have to pep yourself to get in there and get started? Answer here or there!
