This must have been your 88th year. Although you did not live long enough to share more happy memories with us, still we are grateful for the unselfish love and care which worth has no measure. We will always treasure the loving arms you extended whenever we fall from our mistakes and fail from our expectations and your expectations too. You were there to understand and guide us to the right path. Your adorable scolding and affectionate punishments may be things of the past, but now more than ever do we appreciate them all. Your honest advice shall continue to be inspirations and source of strength to this day whenever we fumble and grapple with the intricacies of life. How we love to gather and celebrate your day in your presence with simple meal of your favorite dish. Nothing fancy, yes, for you have always been that…simple. Though long gone, you are with us in spirit and your memory lives on because in so many countless ways you are a blessing for what have become of us now. Happy Happy Birthday Dearest Tatang!
