This my version Of Healthy Vietnamese Noodle soup! Ingredients are : shown below. Procedure: Boil Homemade chicken / beef or pork stock, add onion, chinese spices like;dried chili, soup base( from the hot pot package) and boil for 2-3 hrs! Prepare all the ingredients, the add ,the tripe, carrots onions, continue boiling for another 1 hr., mean while cook the noodles as directed in the package! Last 3-5 mins Drop the noodles,thein slices of meat ( beef, or pork,or chicken, and the slices of cook tripe! after 5 mins. turn off and add sweet basil or green onios. Serve hot with the sweet basil and lime slice or squeeze the lime juice in it! Ready to eat!
