This new ptq stuff is actually quite miserable. First, what happens if a preliminary ptq gets an attendance of over 100+ players? its like a ptq but the winner only qualifies for another ptq -_- Also this means that if you qualify for a regional ptq, you have one chance to make it to the pro tour excluding going x-2 or better at GPs. So now i have to A. Win a preliminary ptq. B. Pray to god that the regional ptq isnt too far away. and C. have one chance to top 4-8 the regional ptq in order to qualify for the pt. And if i dont top 4-8 the regional ptq, i have to wait to do this ALL OVER AGAIN in order to try to Q for the next pro tour...Great system Magic...
