This oncidium has had quite a journey. Originally belonging to an old lady, then gifted to my friend Edward John Pascoe. Eddy gave it to me when he moved to melbourne. When I got it, it was heavily dehydrated, and lacked a lot of nutrition. Its bulbs were thin and very wavey. In the last 10 months, its travelled in a backpack, on a bus and has surcuumed to Jak weeing on it multiple times. After splitting this oncidium 2months ago, and getting a heavy haircut to its root ball, one of the larger bulbs has decided to spike! Im so excited to see it flower and cant wait for eddy to see the blooms, as he never could get it to flower.
