This one got to to me. I adore dachshunds and this little mix was so cute. She ran out of time and was euthanized. My own rescued dachshund is sitting in my lap wondering why I am crying. No dog, no matter how sweet and cute is safe. I have five dogs and five foster puppies in my house. Fostering saves lives. This girl could have been saved all she needed was a foster. Please consider opening your heart to foster a shelter dog. RIP sweet girl! Sorry we as a society failed you!
