This one is for Trev Davis. Around 20 years ago I reskinned Dob Donners 512F Ferrari (now owned by Tom Hollfelder). It had been involved in a minor incident at Laguna Seca when a trailing arm failed on the right rear resulting in some damage to the rear of the side pod. Donners crew chief Jim Robinson(seen in the second photo) trailered the basic frame/body shell to the shop where I was working and I stripped all of the aluminum off the frame which was then media blasted. After I repaired the tube damage which included replacing the tubes in the front above the pedal box area the frame was powdercoated and I reskinned the car. The upper portion of the body is original but all of the tub skin was replaced. I used the original skin panels as templates so it was not too difficult and the entire job took just over two weeks. In the last two photos you can see where I joined the new side panels to the radiator ducts just below the radius
