This ones for you Larry Showalter. We believe in you. Dont stop fighting. There must be a special place in Hell for people that ruin and destroy lives with lies....Larry is the only victim here..Larry and his sons who have lost a good dad. Bill Higgins could care less about justice and truth - not as long as he gets a notch in his prosecutorial belt. Hes too busy spreading his seed throughout the courthouse and covering that up from the public and his wife to actually care about facts in a case that has and continues to ruin an innocent man. Reasonable doubt - yeah right - I had PLENTY to say to cast WAY more than reasonable doubt but between Higgins and the judge (who must be all of 30 whole years old), the defense gets hogtied and completely disallowed to properly defend a man and disallows me from sharing what I had to say...disallows other witnesses from saying what they had to say. The defense attorney asks me my name and how I know Larry and then says, No further questions. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I almost blew up right out of that chair right there. What about all the prep we did? What about all of the exculpatory things I had to offer?! Its Higgins job to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt and there was plenty more than that - why in Gods name could I not testify and share that?! The jury DESERVED and should have heard EVERYTHING!! Apparently some pre-trial ruling BS hogtied her and she was not permitted to ask me anything that could have actually helped and could have made any difference. They could care less about justice. And then Higgins tries to intimidate me and stare me down after I get off the stand and am forced to walk away before sharing what I actually had to say.....go away, you piece of trash. At least I got to put you in your place and embarrass you. You will never be re-elected. You are a joke of a public servant. Im sure theres a special place in Hell for you as well.
