This past Friday night, the stars of High Impact Wrestling gave a packed house in Regina, SK one of the best shows of 2014! Just an incredible card start to finish had the huge crowd rocking and rolling all night! Here are some of the highlights and quick results from HIW Canadas DOMINATION 2014 : - HIW CEO King Kash declared that the Central Canadian Heavyweight title was now vacant due to the controversy surround the championship match at Pile O Bones Rumble XIX and that a new champion would be decided in the Lethal Lottery tournament at Kings Challenge V in December! - The King also addressed the fans regarding his actions at Pile O Bones Rumble XIX win which he low bridged Cannonball Kelly forcing him into elimination and aided Wavell Starr in winning the Rumble. Kash and Starrs Movement came together to create a group that is now being called the Crown Corporation! - The Brotherhood answered the big news from the Crown Corporation by announcing the 4th member of their crew, Cannonball Kelly! The popular Kelly joined his new crew in the ring and challenged Wavell Starr to a match later in the night! - Jeff Tyler defeated Evan Adams to kick things off in a hot match up! - Tyler Colton picked up a huge win over the Northern Wolf Brett Evans, who seems to have fallen on a bit of a losing streak as of late! - Alexander Prime wasnt expected to show following an accident in which he was struck by a vehicle driven by an unknown assailant, but the young star came to the ring, crutches in hand, and went toe to toe with his bitter enemy, the Rockstar in a best 2 of 3 falls match! Prime shocked the entire building when he pulled out a win in the 3rd fall to gain victory! - An errant punch from Robbie Gamble with a chain wrapped around his fist knocked Bull Bodnar down and cost him his match against the Dixie Dragon! Bodnar looked as though he was going to strike Gamble but second guessed himself. Gamble then snuck up from behind Bodnar and nailed him with the chain once again, turning on his former associate! Gamble then laid a vicious attack on Bodnars knee with a chair, leaving the big man laying helpless in the ring. Gamble declared that he would be returning to the ring this December as he had been entered into the Kings Challenge V tournament for the Central Canadian Heavyweight Title! - Mike McSugar defeated the debuting Shaun Moore in singles action! - El Asesino retained his Wildside Provincial Championship against challenge Dick Richards, but took a sever beating from RIchards and Asesinos former security guard VIP following the match! Looks like Richards has now secured the services of VIP and has set his sights on Asesinos title! - Michael Allen Richard Clark defeated Jacob Creed when Creed was disqualified for attempting to strike Clark with a rubber mallet! Clark, who had brought the mallet into the ring to begin with, dropped the weapon allowing Creed to pick it up. Creed then swung it at Clark causing the disqualification. King Kash made his way to ringside and immediately suspended Creed from HIW Canada events for the rest of September and all of October! Creed was then told by the King to pack his belongings and leave the building! - Despite outside interference, the Rambunctious Boys defeated challengers Mortimer and Merle Graves to retain the Canadian Tag Team Championships! Titus Graves, one of the twin brothers of the extensive Graves Family accompanied his brothers to the ring, and it didn’t take long before he was involving himself in the match (at Mortimer’s orders of course). The Graves boys nearly snuck out a cheap victory on the champs, but Jeff Tyler made his way to the ring and put a stop to the interference allowing Dylan and Dice to finish off the Mortimer and Merle! Tyler then challenged the champions on behalf of he and his partner Mentallo to one final match between the two teams on October 24th, a tornado match for the Canadian Tag Team titles! Dylan and Dice accepted and that match is set for October! -Wavell Starr stole a victory from Cannonball Kelly after getting his feet on the ropes during the pin! The Crown Corporation was at ringside in its entirety, and HIW CEO made sure that Kelly was outnumbered from the onset of the match when he barred Kelly’s Brotherhood stable mate, Dixie Dragon from ringside! The King and company made the Cannonball’s life difficult, but the popular star managed to fight his way back and nearly overcame the odds, but in the end, the King Kash’s faction was to strong in numbers and Kelly fell to defeat. A post match brawl ensued and Dixie Dragon returned to ringside to help his comrade! A war broke out and just when it looked like the Crown Corp. Was about to destroy Kelly and Dragon, Kelly’s best friend and former partner Mike McSugar hit the ring and cleared it of Starr, Kash and the whole crew! McSugar then took the microphone and delivered an intense challenge to the King’s crew. McSugar would fill in for suspended Brotherhood member, Jacob Creed, in a reuniting of the popular tag team the Bromantics as he and Kelly take on Wavell Starr and Michael Allen Richard Clark in tag team action on October 24th! The Regina chapter of the High Impact Nation really helped make this action packed show a very special one! Thank you to the Queen City for supporting us!
