This past Saturday I turned 30. For some, it may be less than desired, but for me I couldnt wait! In my early 20s I set some pretty heavy professional goals for myself and put in what was necessary and beyond to achieve them and stand where I am today. That meant a lot of sacrifice and plowing down through some tall barriers, but in the end it is all worth it. My 30th Birthday represents a milestone in my life, a representation of what hard work, dedication and willpower can do. I owe this to a lot of amazing and wonderful people in my life, first my family, without their love and support I wouldnt be where I am right now. And of course my closest friends, who I am pretty sure think I am crazy, but love me always. And of course, I want to take this opportunity to thank Everyone who is part of Bia Fitness for helping make that happen. I am fortunate to have the support and trust in so many people who inspire me daily to continue to grow and develop Bia into what it is today. And believe me when I say this is only the beginning.
