This past Saturday i had a little time to myself as Sundays games for the bay area were both bye, which means my presence wasnt needed in S.F. or Oakland and thankfully, no 4 a.m. alarm to wake up too. .......So, i decided to go to some what of a dinner outing with my girlfriend, after we decided to be adventurous and go to a local lounge/bar in Turlock, called Red Brick. Possibly the only place open in the central valley along with some of the smaller bars/lounges/pubs as everything has seemed to shut down around here. Well, i felt old! No question. Even though we just stood there, i was observing the people as well as taking in the venue and i just didnt feel right. I dont know what made me think it would of been any difference compared to when i was in my early 20s verses now embarking on my 30s that i would feel any different. Its not flattering to me having 21 year olds coming up to me, Hey girl, youre the prettiest thing in here, you should give me your number so i can take you out or after i tell them my age and inform them i almost could be their mother.... I like my woman older and in control, you can show me some things .....Are you a model.......or the all time favorite, Im Different. Age plays no factor Negative! I will not show you some things and age clearly does play a factor. Ok. My rant for the am is done. Just thinking and reflecting....... Im getting older and Im perfectly fine with that
