This past Wednesday, my restaurants Empire State Delicatessens Yelp page fell under attack by several malicious offenders posting 9 highly defaming and slanderous one star reviews. The contempt and disdain that was poured into these reviews was not only an attack on my business, but a direct attack attempting to affect the ability to support two households and the well being of my children. Since then, several more false reviews have continued. In cooperation with Yelp and a third party investigative team, 9 have already been removed, isolated, and a current investigation is in progress that will result in identifying the culprits through IPs. One has already been identified, a professional poker player. A Slander/Defamation/Libel Civil Suit is already underway.
