This past weekend was horrible on the health front. Very bad pain in a number of areas and I had to stop the Oxy because of side efffects. AT one time in Saturday the the pain in my arm had reached an 8 and I was praying for relief. Suddenly it dropped to a manageable 4. I was reminded that God would not give us more than we can bear. On Sunday I was informed that a man that I had prayed for every day, gave his heart to Jesus. He is 75yo. I praised God although I could hardly speak then, tears of joy filled my bedroom. On Monday an Email from an old friend said a lot of very nice things, and then he said he is having heart surgery on Friday and because of my journey, he is nervous but he is not Scared! Praise GOD! The tears started again! Im usually a private person but I have shared these last days because I hope that God can use them in someones life as he has used the death of others in my life! God certainly gave me a taste of the joy that can bring. Yesterday and today was filled with Xrays, Dr appointment and Bone scans to set up radiation on the areas of most pain. I ask for prayers for the new Christian, and for my friend that will have surgery on Friday. Thank You!
