This piece has been covering Pakistan as its theme centre but Our educational system is also more or less on the same lines.I remember , in one of the election campaign Mulayam Singh Yadav wanted to legalise copying in the exams!! If the education works on cognitive or critical thinking approach , ensuring that the student grow to realise what is right and what is wrong in various circumstances and relative conditions we soon see a powerful , crimeless society. But its like a day dreaming as long as the political leadership remains glued to political correctness and dont invest in future of this country.
