This piece was done for art class, but is also going to be entered into a contest for the Ladies Auxiliary. The highest ranked winner receives a $10,000 scholarship to any school in the world. The object is service. I wanted to do something that represented patriotism as well as service, without the usual soldier posing with a flag and an eagle. A homeless vet being helped, or served by other fellow soldiers really shows the true meaning of what it means to be a warrior. To have served along side your comrades, your brothers. Brotherhood means sticking together, always. So, this is the result, (with the help of my dad), of my stepping out of the box. :)
