This poor kitty cat keeps coming to our patio to check out Heinz through the glass door. The first time he had a collar and tags on so I assumed he belonged to someone. Now he doesnt have one on anymore and is curled up on our patio chair. I try feeding him every time and he never eats what I leave out which leads me to believe hes being fed somewhere (a home). Should we take him to the shelter or assume hes an outdoor cat? My heart is aching for him. And NO we cannot keep him lol....advice?
