This post is entitled: Katherine needs help. Hello Whitehorse Friends (and friends who have friends in Whitehorse) Im hoping someone out there might know the perfect someone for this situation... The fully furnished 1 bedroom suite in my house will be available for rent as of December 1st and I am looking for someone who would be interested in paying half rent in exchange for domestic assistance on weekdays before and after school (afternoon hours very flexible - able to maneuver around work hours). Just one person please. And preferably someone who doesnt smoke, own a pet, or want to create the next central location for all Whitehorse party-goers ;) Normally the rent is $1300 (Im asking $650 in this case) per month and includes all utilities - heat, hydro, high-speed internet - and furnishings (including all kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc), private bathroom (w/ full bath) and a shared laundry. There is also off street parking in the driveway close to a plug in. The suite is only 6 yrs old and has a separate entrance with french doors opening onto a large (shared) deck and garden. Its the lower floor of my house and fully above ground. Were awesome too, my kids and I, so thats part of the very attractive package - excellent upstairs neighbours. The suite is in Copper Ridge, backing onto the green belt and the lovely walking/skiing trails. Its quiet and tranquil. I am looking for someone who is good with kids, experienced with domestic assistance, environmentally concerned, artistically sympathetic, respectful and open to a work/rent exchange.
