This post is to announce a number of items: 1) I will be posting another painting in my raffle area (bit.ly/SRras-d) to help Team Susko rappellers raise additional funds for Outward Bound and our upcoming Building Adventure rappel on Friday, October 24, 2014. This painting (see image attached to this post) has been skillfully crafted by another, very talented, Team Susko rappeller (Gloria Domina). 2) Gloria is a very versatile and accomplished artists. Her artistic biography can be found here (https://facebook/events/308372539345081/permalink/322563327926002/). 3) She will have some of her works featured at Arts on the Move (a fundraiser that The Greater Lehigh Valley Music Association® (GLVMA) is hosting on Saturday, October 4, 2014, to raise funds for the Lehigh Valley Music Awards Scholarship Program). The event will be taking place from 7pm to 10pm at America on Wheels Museum at 5 North Front Street, Allentown, PA 18102. In addition to just being an artist, Gloria is a two-time Grammy® nominee and one-time Grammy® winner for her work with such exciting projects such as All About Bullies...Big and Small (allaboutbulliesbigandsmall/); news: (blogs.mcall/parents/2012/10/local-grammy-winning-team-release-new-kids-cd.html). 5) With as busy as Gloria is with all of these feats/accomplishments and more, she still finds time to throw in a few cameo appearances in some super-star music videos like this one (that she was also the Executive Producer of) from Jonathan Padilla called Broken (youtube/watch?v=QHvg6505b4g).
