This poster nails it. Terry Bennett · Top Commenter I think its clear where the stupidity lies. It is stupid to insist that those who threaten you through their tyrannical leaders do not constitute a threat. It is stupid to suggest because border guards take their job seriously, they can be no threat to your society. It is stupid to believe that a mob of religious fanatics, in Birmingham, in Dewsbury, in London, and elsewhere, is not a threat to your culture despite being told endlessly that your demise is intended. It is stupid to suggest because some of these people say they have a contempt for extremism, it must be so. Are all Muslims radicals, maybe not. But it is stupid to ignore that they are all admonished that if they dont adhere to all the tenets of Islam (albeit, this is a varied array), they are infidels, worthy only of the same fate as all other infidels. Furthermore, the real question isnt whether some Muslims are moderate (and by definition, in my opinion, the answer is no), but what are the implications of radical agendas such as The Trojan Horse Affair. Because many interviewed claimed to know nothing has serious implications whether or not their claims are truthful, even if they follow that wished-for, fictitious, far more peaceful, school of Islamic thought that the West likes to fantasize about. Finally, if it is 10% of a police force that is corrupt, or if its 80%, it matters little to the victim who is shaken down or to the suspect beaten in his cell. The number a radical Muslims in the UK and indeed, around the world, is clearly a serious threat. Whether that number is 20%, 50% or 99% of Muslims, the threat is real and one would be very stupid indeed to pretend its not, just because some appear to be dedicated citizens.
