This really makes sense... i felt close to this over the past couple of years; only I could not quit, cannot step back. And I am still feeling the fall out of my lonely empty times. As people told me I should have asked for help. I could not for when I did ask, the helping hurt so much more than the hurt I was already feeling or there was silence. I still hurt greatly and must remind myself that even though i have been through very tough times, i do not need to share my hell. Please if you are offended, do not call me on it, I have had more enough of that, too. Just passing this on to help others realize self care is important and necessary.
