This really pisses me off when I see this! It happened to me one time 3am going back to brooklyn when I was coming back from a Company Christmas party when I used worked for Citi bank in 1986. But it was only one non uniformed cop, who showed me hes badge. It was only three people in the train and I had my one leg up on the seats with eyes closed dressed in a business suit and cuz I was tired. He pulled me out of the train that Id waited 30 min from midtown and I refused to go out. I told the cop I have two more stops to go and ill be home, why you stopping me, he said because I was sleeping. I told him I wasnt and he said i was, I told him prove it that I was, bcuz i just had my eyes closed....long story short, he issued me a ticket and I crumpled it in front of him and threw the ticket on the tracks and told him to Fck himself! Hes reason was that there were recent stabbings of homeless people on the train and that its dangerous for me to be sleeping. Imm like, do I like like a homeless person and you couldnt give me a warning instead of issuing me a ticket?!! And make me wait another 30 min or more for the next train to come?> I went outside and called a car service in my neighborhood to pick me up. And guess what, there were no records of that ticket not being paid cuz I had someone check for me.
