This right here is what music is about. Only a select few people get to be so lucky to have a deep-rooted, preprogrammed passion for music. Even fewer get the opportunity to connect musically with as many people as the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Flea is an inspiration to me as well as many many other people. Whenever you get that intense sensation from a song, a riff, or a solo (musical frisson), you are experiencing something on a higher level. You find the groove. Whether it’s you listening to it or you yourself that makes that happen, To share that experience with yourself or other people is a blessing in itself. Music is powerful, and meaningful. To me.
