I dont know who designed the questionnaire. I hope it wasnt a psychologist - what a waste. I once filled in a questionnaire for the Royal Mail and was asked if I was a happy person. Because, if youre not happy, youre incapable of pushing letters through letterboxes. Its all about the image and brand, of course.
