This shit is getting out of control. Mixed feelings of anger and sadness. What year is this? The fact that it is happening at such a high level of public awareness (thanks INTERNET!!), one would think the Eric Garner incident would obtain proper justice. This is something that is obviously nothing new, but people need to recognize. Racism is real. Its not funny, but when a comedian addresses this (and this is from years ago) you know that its systemic. The arts may not be able to facilitate social change, but its the litmus test. It is where we start the conversation at least. Not tryin to be insensitive, but its all i keep thinking about with the #crimingwhilewhite going around. #funnybutnotfunny
