This should also say to not touch your cell phone when driving. Period. One state i was in had pulloffs for texting about every 25 mi. Unbelievable that not that long ago, we were simply unavailable...sometimes for hours or days...and today we feel we have to be connected every minute. Well, wake up. Nothing is so important that it cant wait until that vehicle is turned off. I know some of us feel pressured to be in meetings, take that customer call, reply to everything instantly, but it just isnt safe, and you dont have to be a teenager for it to be unsafe, it isnt safe for older drivers either. I know Im on a soap box here, but Ive got kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews out there on the roads every day and I can only hope they arent texting or reading their texts, or facebooking, and that they dont run into someone who is.
